Paul Pogba confirms he could leave Man United in January

Paul Pogba has confirmed he could leave Man United in January.

The midfielder, who helped France win the World Cup earlier in the summer, is said to have a strained relationship with Jose Mourinho. After returning to Old Trafford from Juventus in 2016, Pogba’s second spell at the club has been blighted by reoccurring reports of bust-ups with the Red Devils boss.

Pogba was thought to be keen on a move to Barcelona before the summer transfer window closed and he has refused to rule out a departure in January.

‘There was a lot of talk, but it was just like that, I’m under contract in Manchester,’ he said.

‘One thing I can assure you: I will always give 100 percent, no matter which coach I always give everything for United – I cannot say more.’

Asked about his relationship with Mourinho, Pogba remained coy, adding: ‘We have a pure coach-player relationship, that’s right.’
