England and Tottenham star would consider switch to PSG

Tottenham defender Danny Rose is open to a last minute move to PSG in France after falling out of favour with Mauricio Pochettino.

Discounting loan moves, the 28-year-old has spent his entire senior career with Spurs, making 161 appearances for the club. Over the last few years, he has established himself as a key player in Pochettino’s starting XI at left-back, impressing with his willingness to attack and astute positional sense.

Rose’s performances last season even earned him a call up to Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the World Cup in Russia this summer, starting 2 matches and appearing a further 2 times as a substitute as the Three Lions reached the semifinals of the competition.

however, the English defender may have fallen out of favour with his manager at club level, who would supposedly be happy with Ben Davies and Kyle Walker-Peters as his only left backs for the rest of the season.

PSG are interested in Rose and he would entertain the possibility of moving to France before the end of the European transfer window on Friday.

Spurs have won their opening 2 games of the new EPL campaign and the England star has only played a very small part in that, coming on as a substitute in Saturday’s 3-1 against newly promoted Fulham
